Amanda Christoff is the Founder and CEO of Bloom Talent. She has over a decade of recruiting experience working with many of Silicon Valley's best startups, VC's and executive teams. Amanda prides herself on her unique ability to attract top talent in the Bay Area and beyond. She is a firm believer it all begins with the relationship and values building a deep and meaningful partnership from the beginning.

Amanda is a Bay Area native, graduating from University of San Francisco. She and her husband have two sweet little boys that keep them busy! In her spare time you can find her reading a good book, trail running, exploring new restaurants, and traveling.

Michael Christoff is our COO. He is a serial entrepreneur who started his career as YC-backed founder in 2008. Michael has experience in all aspects of growing companies from zero to millions of revenue as a Founder and Executive. He built several products that millions of people use over the span of his career, leading both product and technical teams.

Michael considers being able to empathize with stress and pressure founders undergo as his greatest strength in this role.

Emilie Buckley is our Client Relationship Manager. She has a diverse work background mostly in sales and marketing at early-stage startups. She truly enjoys building relationships and connecting people. As a previous YC founder, she knows the ins and outs of startup life, the crucial role of early hires, the fast-evolving environment, and just how precious everyone’s time is. Emilie is excited to combine her experience in the startup world and her passion for people to help companies find and attract the best talent.

Emilie grew up in New York City and will forever remain a true New Yorker. She spent over a decade in the Bay Area and recently relocated to Boise, ID with her husband and 5 kids! She’s a fitness enthusiast, coffee-holic and avid consumer of audiobooks and podcasts. She loves being active outside whether running, biking, hiking or running after her kids.

Hannah Mais is our Administrative Business Partner at Bloom Talent. She graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz with a BA in Community Studies and enjoys applying the skills she’s learned to connect with people. Hannah is excited to join a boutique recruiting agency where she can use her administrative skills to support the operations at Bloom Talent and learn from a collaborative team of inspiring women the workings of recruiting.

Hannah grew up in Newport Beach and moved to San Francisco after finding her love for Northern California during her time in college. In her free time she loves trying new workout classes, hiking and traveling.

Charlotte Arthun is a Senior Recruiter at Bloom Talent. Originally coming from a background in operations, Charlotte has worked for several early stage startups. At Bloom Talent, Charlotte implements the latest technologies to attract top talent. Having worked for startups in the past, she understands the importance of a good fit for every hire and is excited to be on a team where finding such a match for clients and candidates is the top priority.

Charlotte is a Bay Area native. She graduated from Boston University with a B.Sc. in Biology. In her spare time, Charlotte takes up hiking and wildlife photography.

While completing her MBA at the George Washington University School of Business, Elena joined her first startup and was immediately hooked on the energy and entrepreneurial spirit. Having worn many hats while working for startups across multiple industries, Elena has a strong understanding of what is essential for success in this environment. She is thrilled to be joining a team so deeply dedicated to the long-term success of its candidates and clients.

Elena is a New York area native and loves living in New York City. In her spare time you can find her trying out new restaurants, taking in live music, and exploring art exhibitions.

Alexis Threlkeld is a Recruiting Consultant at Bloom Talent. A proud Texas Longhorn and former Austinite now based in Miami, Alexis blends her experience from real estate, tech sales, and startups with a passion for networking and relationship building. She uses intuition and analytical skills to deeply understand people and company culture, ensuring optimal matches between talent and opportunities.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Alexis enjoys listening to business and wellness podcasts, attending local networking events, and staying active outdoors through padel and tennis.

Ivona Mausisa is the Administrative Coordinator at Bloom, playing a key role in the company's operations and early-stage development. With a background in Political Science, she pivoted to recruitment and administration, where she has become a central figure in startup growth, often as the inaugural team member. Ivona values connecting with people globally and believes it’s central to her role.

Outside the office, Ivona's life is full of vitality thanks to her five dogs and two young sons, with classical music often setting the tone for their family time.
