OUR Team
Will DelHagen is our lead recruiter at Bloom Product. As a product manager himself, Will embodies what sets Bloom Product apart: we are PMs hiring PMs. His experience spans product, engineering and sales in companies from 2 people to 120,000, so he has a comprehensive perspective on the pivotal role product management plays in the broader organization at every stage. Will can go deep on technology, with degrees in CS from MIT, but he’s just as interested in the people-side of helping individuals and teams perform. Along with his role at Bloom connecting top talent to top product organizations, Will stays involved in product execution as a board member and leadership coach.
Michael Christoff is our lead client liaison. He is a serial entrepreneur who started his career as YC-backed founder in 2008. Michael has experience in all aspects of growing companies from zero to millions of revenue as a Founder and Executive. He built several products that millions of people use over the span of career, leading both product and technical teams. He considers being able to empathize with stress and pressure founders undergo as his greatest strength in this role.
Tom Alterman is a top product leader and recruiter. Tom has spent 10+ years leading product organizations big and small. Starting his career as a UX Developer he understands the detail orientation and passion that makes great product people. He has since gone on act as the VP of Product for a Series B startup and Director of Product at Asana. Tom has a deep love for product and has spent a great deal of career building out product organizations.
